Cheap PC not reliable whether it is Dell, the top brand.

Is DELL computer reliable?I can say no Good brand, only relatively better brand.

Dell is the one. I got a Dell 3000 at Maryland State Fair on June 5 and found out the electric fan makes great noise when it is working even though when it is standing by!!!

The worst is that I got it from the State Fair, I can not get it fixed immediately and have to wait for next Fair.

I was thinking to buy a cheaper PC,and turned out I pay more than everyone is supposed to pay!!!
